Dr. Danielle Wahba

Dr. Wahba has been providing therapeutic and testing services in Central Massachusetts since 1999, having earned her B.A. in Psychology from Smith College and her M.A. and Psy.D. from the University of Hartford in CT. She completed her internship at the Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents in MD and her postdoctoral training with the Robert F. Kennedy Children's Action Corps.  

Dr. Wahba has taught family systems at a graduate level and worked in schools, hospitals, residential treatment facilities, and community mental health settings. She has provided trainings on implementing DBT in residential settings for traumatized youth, in addition to being Clinical Director of a female juvenile detention facility as well as a secure treatment facility. While maintaining a private practice, Dr. Wahba was also Assessment Supervisor for 8 years in an APA-approved Internship program.

She is certified in DBT and a member of the National Registry of Health Service Psychologists as well as the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, National Association of Professional Psychologists, MPA, and APA. Dr. Wahba recently relocated to the Jackson, MS area and is a licensed psychologist  in the State of Mississippi.
